Getting Started with DesignHub
Creating an Account
To begin designing, you’ll need to create a free account.
Simply open the DesignHub app and tap Create Account. Enter your email address, choose a secure password, and confirm your email if verification is required. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive free credits so you can start creating designs immediately.
If you already have an account, tap Sign In and enter your login details. Your saved designs and credits will automatically sync.
How to Design Your Room
DesignHub makes it simple to bring your ideas to life.
Step-by-Step Design Process
Select Your Room Type – Choose from Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, or Office.
Choose a Design Style – Pick from styles like Modern, Traditional, Minimalist, Eclectic, Industrial, or Boho.
Select a Color Scheme – Browse curated palettes that complement your chosen style.
Add Furniture – Tap furniture items to place them onto your room canvas.
Arrange Your Layout – Drag, rotate, and resize furniture to perfect your design.
Generate AI Render – Tap “Generate Design” to create a photorealistic AI rendering (1 credit per render).
Save Your Design – Name your design and store it in your Boards.
Managing Furniture
You can easily adjust your layout:
Drag furniture onto the canvas to place it
Rotate items to change orientation
Resize furniture to fit your space
Long-press any item to delete it
Your Design Boards
Every AI render is saved as a Board inside the “My Boards” section.
Each board includes:
Your original layout
The AI-generated photorealistic render
Date and design details
A list of furniture and products used
You can return anytime to edit or review your designs.

How Credits Work
DesignHub uses a credit system for AI rendering.
Each AI render costs 1 credit
You can design layouts for free
Credits are only used when generating a render
New users receive free credits to try the app.
Purchasing Credits
To buy more credits:
Go to your Profile tab
View your current credit balance
Tap Buy Credits
Choose a package
Complete payment
Credits are added instantly after purchase.

Credits do not expire and remain in your account.

Is DesignHub free? The app is free to download and use for layout creation. AI renders require credits.
How long does a render take? Most designs generate within 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on internet speed and server load.
Can I edit saved designs? Yes. You can return to any saved board and modify the layout, colors, or furniture.
What happens if I run out of credits? You can continue designing layouts, but you won’t be able to generate new renders until you purchase more credits.
Do credits expire? No. Purchased credits remain available in your account.
Is my personal data secure? Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment systems to protect your data.
Troubleshooting
App Crashing or Freezing
If the app crashes or runs slowly, try:
Closing and reopening the app
Restarting your device
Updating to the latest app version
Checking your internet connection
Login Issues
If you can’t log in:
Double-check your email and password
Use “Forgot Password” to reset
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Rendering Issues
If your design won’t render:
Confirm you have at least 1 credit
Check your internet connection
Ensure at least one furniture item is placed
Try generating again
If the AI render looks incorrect, try adjusting furniture placement or using clearer color combinations.

Check your internet connection
Confirm your payment method has sufficient funds
